Muhammad Fathy is a Head of Technology services at Banque Du Caire. Having more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Fathy holds MBA degree from Eslsca business school and BSc. in computer engineering from Ain Shams University. Prior to joining BDC, Mohamed spent 15 years in information technology roles in a multiple financial firm. Most recently, he served as the Head of IT network in Alex Bank. Fathy experiences extend before university graduation as Network and computer systems specialist.

Fathy joined Banque Du Caire in 2018 as the Head of IT Technology and Infrastructure. Fathy has worked very hard to totally revamp and modernize the BdC IT infrastructure to enable BdC to introduce new products/services, open new branches, implement new applications seamless to the BdC Customer.

Fathy provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, and secure information technology environment throughout the bank.

Fathy role as an experienced IT senior management member who is a self-starter, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic to be part of the BDC IT leadership team heading IT infrastructure and technology vision & architecture and leading all aspects of BDC’s IT Infrastructure development and efficient operations. This is an integral role in fulfilling BDC’s strategic direction, digital transformation and future growth. The main responsibilities for his role encompass a wide variety of strategic technologies, aiming to achieve the bank transformation and focusing on digitizing the financial services offered by the business.
